Chris Stevens is the Chief Marketing Officer for SpotHero. Chris brings 25 years of e-commerce and internet advertising experience to SpotHero. He has served with early innovators and startups, transactional intermediaries, enabling technologies, SaaS marketing services, as well as what are now relatively mature online consumer brands.
Prior to joining SpotHero, Chris was the General Manager for Groupon’s travel business and before joining Groupon he served at Orbitz and Expedia in several managerial roles. Prior to Orbitz and Expedia, he served with Worldspan where he oversaw the joint development of airline shopping and booking solutions for online travel agencies together with his oversight of Worldspan’s strategic relationship with Expedia, Inc.
Chris’s breadth of roles includes general business management, consulting, business development, strategic partnerships, paid advertising channels, advertising sales, merchandising, CRM, analytics, systems integration and migration, among others. To clear his mind, Chris enjoys reading, running, and sailing hobbies and he still occasionally dabbles in code for fun or to prototype new ideas. He lives in Evanston, IL and spends time on Martha’s Vineyard where his ancestors settled centuries ago.
